Nick has worked as a Producer, Director, and Cameraman in Cambodia for 20 years and for 15 years has collaborated with CREATV as Country Producer and Facilitator on The Amazing Race. He knows the production scene in Cambodia like few others. He also reports for the BBC World News from Cambodia and Thailand.

Sothit Ear is a 15 year veteran of The Amazing Race in Cambodia and has worked as a facilitator and Production Manager alongside The CREATV Company for much of that time. Sothit has worked on large-scale film projects, local Khmer language films, as well as numerous promos and documentaries.
